01. The Brief
Unforgettable Experiences provide a variety of interactive creative sessions and practical support for older people and their carers – their work has been proven to improve memory by up to 20% for patients with cognitive issues and Alzeimers.
They contacted us when they needed a digital partner to transition from trial to paid service. The ask was multi-part –
- CX review

- Event and campaign strategy
During discovery we assessed the current content and its effectiveness across a range of devices. We also reviewed competitive and similar online businesses to learn what they were doing well as well as interviewing industry users, current clients and team members to understand their priorities and what they liked and would change about the website.
We had to balance all the feedback we received from the key stakeholders to ensure we got the best result for all involved. We gave the current brand a little love and introduced shapes into the design of the site which have since flowed through all print and online material. This allowed us to update the site and refresh areas which needed attention.
We wanted to make sure the brand was less serious, accessible, fun and colourful. Using the existing brand colours from the logo we introduced shapes and ways of using the colours to bring the brand to life. We know people are in a time of crisis and need of help when they discover the brand so we wanted to make the user journey and all customer touch points more of a pleasure to deal with.
Comms were given an overhaul and a new strategy, led by the new design and including video and motion.

We produced and developed a site that was fit for purpose for the target audience, that gave a simple and effective UX, that delivers quality content to the reader. We worked in collaboration with the client to ensure that the site fit the needs and wants of the client. People can now easily find out more about the sessions on offer, the impact the sessions have and ease to contact and subscribe to the sessions.
