Flat Caps Coffee is a long term client who in 2018 arranged the first ever Newcastle Coffee Festival.
We were asked to produce the festival website and email marketing strategy to help sell tickets for the multiple venue festival across Newcastle.
Supporting The Community
Eight independent coffee shops were brought together by the client for the city centre festival where people could purchase a ‘disloyalty card’ which would entitle them to a drink in each of the participating shops during June.
Working with the event founder, we were able to grow an email list of local suppliers, coffee shop owners, and coffee enthusiasts who were interested in the event. We supported in building and editing the emails.
Making a Difference
The team were incredibly proud to have worked on this campaign, not only as it was the first ever coffee festival in the North East, but because of the money raised from the festival went a great cause. Coffee Beans in Ghana (Chicci di Caffe) is a non-profit organisation that aims to safety, healthcare, education, and lots of love to children who experience disability, domestic abuse, and extreme poverty in Ghana.
