We were asked to create a brand campaign across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger that helped new people discover the brand. Using sales and web traffic data we were able to identify creatives and targeting that would pin point new potential customers.
We initially created a simple campaign that showcased the USP of the product – the scent – with scents such as Birthday Cake, Baby Powder, and Watermelon we used striking product photography and multivalent testing to see which products generated the most conversation.
Working with the brand owner who led the community engagement it led to 100’s of comments and recommendations to best friends from people discovering the brand and showing delight and surprise at the scents.
Using extensive testing and tweaking we were able to turn this into money in the bank for the client as well as show genuine brand uplift.
