The Start

Increasing sales and brand awareness for the incredible Freshly Baked London

After an initial strategy call with the brand owner, we were tasked with implementing a technical set up of the Facebook Pixel for Freshly Baked London. Installing this on their site allowed for deeper insight and targeting for new and existing customers. 

From there we created the overarching strategy and campaign tactics that would allow us to have enough creative options to adapt the campaign in real time to maximise budget.

Brief

OMG we have to try this ❤️?

We were asked to create a brand campaign across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger that helped new people discover the brand. Using sales and web traffic data we were able to identify creatives and targeting that would pin point new potential customers. 

We initially created a simple campaign that showcased the USP of the product – the scent – with scents such as Birthday Cake, Baby Powder, and Watermelon we used striking product photography and multivalent testing to see which products generated the most conversation. 

Working with the brand owner who led the community engagement it led to 100’s of comments and recommendations to best friends from people discovering the brand and showing delight and surprise at the scents. 

Using extensive testing and tweaking we were able to turn this into money in the bank for the client as well as show genuine brand uplift.

Results

Authentic Delight. 

The initial campaign we did with Freshly Baked London was able to introduce 1000’s of new customers to the brand. The comments of genuine delight at finding such an amazing product not only led to a large increase in sales but an 80% uplift in new customers coming to the online store.
