01 – The Brief: 

Modernising Web Re-Brand

Following the new acquisition of Berwick Hills Dental Practice, we were hired by the existing team to redevelop their website. The website was in need of a revamp in order to encapsulate their true ethos and identity. The original website was not optimised for use across all platforms and was difficult for users to navigate. 

Our ultimate goals were to create a new brand identity for Berwick Hills Dental Practice and to develop an engaging website that worked across all devices to support ease of use.

We wanted to highlight their team, the treatments they offer and we endeavoured to increase the interactions between patients and the practice. 


02 – Results: 

Increased Web Traffic

In the initial month following the web redesign, we have increased web traffic by 250% and dwell time on the site as well as increasing patient to practice contact forms.

Social Media Strategy

We've worked with the practice to launch their first ever Facebook page to increase communication with new and existing patients introducing a paid and organic strategy.

Brand Development

Working within the new brand guidelines we're helping the practice update their internal print materials including practice leaflets, posters, and information pamphlets.
